POLICY
The following procedures have been established to take action on unexpended budget balances at year-end:

PROCEDURES
All unexpended budget balances will be reverted to a general fund reserve account on the last day of April.

The Budget Office will transfer funds to alleviate negative balances in other departmental budgets.

Expenditures from the general fund reserve account will be determined by the Chancellor’s cabinet.
