Federal Excess Property is currently being maintained by the U. S. Department of Agriculture Liaison, and is not a part of the Universities Fixed Assets.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT

The Principal Investigator over a contract or grant maintains government furnished equipment. The Division of Research informs the Property Management Office of this equipment to have on file. Government furnished equipment is not currently a part of the University's Fixed Asset System.
