UTILITY REQUIREMENTS

Before requesting the purchase of equipment requiring a connection to utilities (gas, water, electricity, piped air, etc.), assurance should be obtained that the required utilities are available or can be made available, at the site. The Director of Physical Plant must be contacted concerning these matters. He must approve the purchase requisition prior to submittal to the Purchasing Department.
