Procedures to Setup Financial Records Systems

Account Access

FRS Access

Policy:

All account managers are allowed read access to the Financial Records System(FRS). This access is restricted to the specific account(s) which they may have fiscal oversight responsibilities. This specific access may also be granted to support personnel.

Managers may have access for all accounts for which they are organizationally responsible even though they may not have specific authority to expend funds; such as with contracts and grants. Support personnel of the Managers may also be granted read access with management approval.

Each person that wishes to access their appropriate FRS account(s) for budget, purchase and invoice process inquires must complete the Confidentiality Security Agreement and the Financial Records Systems Access Request forms, obtain required signature approval, and return these forms to the Systems Development office. These forms may be obtained from the Systems Development Office (Room 200, Dowdy Building).
