Mail Center
Welcome to North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University
Mail Center.
The University Mail Center has the primary responsibility for providing mail
services for the University. We examine, evaluate and enhance the extent to
which mail services are provided for students, faculty and administrators.
We serve as a liaison between the university and all mail vendors.
Organizationally, the University Mail Center (UMC) is within the Division
of Business and Finance, reporting to the Director of Auxiliary Services. The
UMC office is physically located in the lower level of Brown Hall.
The vision of the University Mail Center is to expand its building
and services, thereby offering the university staff and students all mail services
available to the general public. Incorporating the latest technology available
for incoming and outgoing mail, this would include sorting, tracking, processing
and delivery.
To provide the most efficient mail service possible to the students, faculty
and staff, while supporting the university’s mission. The Mail Center
offers the most advanced customer friendly environment utilizing various
types of innovated technology, giving our customers a choice in mail receipt
and delivery.
